A visitor to the Cullen Gardens and Miniature Village in the town of Whitby, Ontario during the spring is rewarded with a vision of colourful tulips. The tulip beds are incorporated into a Miniature Village which has unique scenes from the early days in Ontario. The best time to go to see the tulips and the village is in May when the flowers are in full bloom and spring is definitely in the air! The town of Whitby is situated in Ontario, Canada.
Unfortunately the Cullen Gardens and Miniature Village situated in Whitby, Ontario closed permanently in January 2006.
