The 7 locks in Fort Augustus at the banks of the famous Loch Ness representing one end of the caledonian canal, a canal for ships through the scottish mainland from the Loch Ness to the Atlantic ocean in the southeast. At night the waters flowing over the closed locks is illuminated with green lights.
