A stone's throw from downtown Toronto, Port Credit is situated in Mississauga on the shores of Lake Ontario, Canada.

Situated at the mouth of the Credit River, on the north shore of Lake Ontario, Port Credit is dubbed as Mississauga's Village on the Lake.

The harbour which now hosts a variety of pleasure crafts, is at the heart of Port Credit but was once a working fishing port and agricultural trading place for grains and other products. Now there's a variety restaurants and shops nearby which cater to travellers arriving by boat, or by car. It is now the largest public marina in the region.
