One of the best experience a visitor to scotland can make is to get up early (in the summer around 4 am) and enjoy the sunrise in a remote location such as the Rannoch Moor. Although the Moor is crossed by a highway the traffic is very light during the early hours of the day. By watching the sun coming up amid the mist and illuminating the scenery around you lets you fully experience the scottish wilderness.
Designated as a National Heritage Site of Scotland Rannoch Moor a mecca for wildlife and scenery in the Scottish Highlands.
