One of the best experiences a visitor to Scotland can make is to get up early (in the summer around 4 am) and enjoy the sunrise in a remote location such as the Rannoch Moor. Although the Moor is crossed by a highway the traffic is very light during the early hours of the day. By watching the sun coming up amid the mist, illuminating the scenery around you, lets you fully experience the scottish wilderness.
