Seiden Shuri Castle Okinawa Japan

The site of the Shuri Castle in Okinawa, Japan with all its buildings such as the Seiden were destroyed several times by fire and most recently rebuilt in 1992.

Although destroyed during WWII Shuri castle has been restored to its former glory and is now a UNESCO world heritage site.
