One of the most beautiful valleys in the European Alps is the Pinzgau Valley. Near the little town of Neukirchen am Grossvenediger you can see in many creeks such ice forms. This boulder stood out alone with a cap of ice and snow as the water swirled around it.
A snowcapped rock makes for an interesting photo subject in Austria, Europe.
